Let There Be Color!

Inmost ATC

Exuberance ATC

Two new ATCs, but boy what a difference a little color makes! Both are done with colored pencils and a blender pen. Inmost also includes a little white ink at the center. Here are the photos that inspired them: Inmost & Exuberance. I made both to include in the Stripes challenge for the FineArts ATC group. I hope they like them. I'm pretty pleased. Hope your having a great weekend.

Wound my way over through Danny's site...My goodness!! Is it true that you are just starting your art journey? These are really wonderful (especially like the shoes and legs, and I really love the Thinker.)

Will keep looking in...

Thanks Alex!! I just started drawing this year. Before that I did only collage and book arts. I was beginning to feel confined by my lack of drawing ability and took a basic drawing class that just ended this month. Now it's just practice, practice, practice.

Angie,

Adrienne here, I love that pink flower, anything pink always catches my eye. Just wanted to drop you a note, have you ready Misty's blog lately? She's moving to Virginia. Nina lives in NC, Lesley Riley in MD man it would be great if there was some more east coast art retreats going on!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, my ATC. You don't know how much this means to me. I've been having a couple of crappy days. I went to the mailbox this morning because no one has checked the mail in 2 days. I saw it was from Philly, I thought the only person I know is Angie. Lo and behold there was the pink flower. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You musta had me in mind when you drew something with so many bright colors. Wish I had a pair of socks like this.
